Congratulations Mr. Garcetti, God bless you and give you the
strength and wisdom to guide Los
Angeles to a better and prosper future.
On Sunday, June 30, 2013, I attended with hundred of other
Angelinos your inauguration. “Amid party and celebrations” many hope, as you
promised, that you will do the right things while getting Los Angeles’economy
rollying again.
Nearly 4 million people in the city are too familiar with
battered infrastructure (roads, water, wastewater, others), congested highways,
unemployment rates hovering around double digits, and need of improved and
better education among other issues struggling the City.
The task at hand is hard but not impossible, let’s work
together and make of this beautiful City a world’s example of prosperity, where
each individual regardless of race, religion, or sexual orientation is
respected and able to achieve its maximum potential for the good of the
majority in the community.
